Overview summarizes objects, execution activity and operational health for the active tenant. Its cards help you decide where to investigate; they do not independently prove transformation correctness or completion of a commercial operation. Every observation belongs to the authorized context shown in the account menu.
Before you begin
Use an authorized account and a laboratory workspace. Check tenant and role before interpreting indicators. Do not switch to a customer workspace merely to populate summary cards.
Procedure
- Open the account menu and confirm identity, workspace and active role.
- Open Overview and review object summaries. Follow a card to its inventory to check names, filters and states.
- Inspect recent activity and identify the relevant attempt by identifier and time. Continue in Monitor for task details and safe messages.
- Use Workers or Configuration when capacity or runtime indicators need diagnosis. Check compatibility and availability before changing policies.
- After an authorized change, return to the summary and compare it with the underlying module. Use Refresh when you need to confirm current state.
Verify the result
You can explain the scope of each indicator and trace it to a specific object or attempt. Compare a synthetic Workflow with its latest attempt in Monitor. Preserve the distinction between a saved definition, a published version and an execution.
Errors and recovery
A zero count can mean an empty workspace or restricted scope. A loading error is not zero. If information appears missing, inspect filters, permissions and tenant. Do not repeat Save or Run solely because a card has not updated; inspect the existing operation first.
Synthetic example
In Training, find w_CustomerNames from Overview, open its definition and compare its latest attempt identifier with Monitor. This is a read-only exercise and does not require another execution.
Verification scope
Use synthetic data and the role authorized for the task. Compare a visual confirmation with the saved record or relevant attempt. Retain only safe identifiers and messages for support; do not share secrets, personal information or tenant data. If an operation outcome is uncertain, check its state before repeating it.
Environment context
Before using this module, confirm Tenant, Domain and Environment in the user menu. The initial environment is Development. Module, Domain and environment capabilities apply together; Production is read only without explicit authorization. Switching the selector does not move artifacts or publish or execute their data. See environments and recovery and environment promotion.
Worker availability and view loading
A reference to a removed worker or a worker with an invalid identity does not prevent you from opening Overview, Monitor or Connections. That reference is not available for execution; valid workers remain visible within your permissions. A real storage or policy failure is reported as an error and is not converted into a zero counter.
